Nadine has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010 and is an expert with injury recovery, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, and Prenatal massage. She also incorporates stretching in her sessions to improve range of motion and decrease pain. Nadine has a background in home health care as is a caregiver by nature.
